In our 4 + 8 week EDVC Accelerator program, we blend design strategy, brand strategy and innovation discovery into one simple, effective process that helps you create new relevant solutions, improve customer experience and strengthen your brand positioning.
Using a combination of stakeholder interviews, customer research, workshops and product/service testing we help you use your organisation’s unique skills and perspectives to become the one for your customers.

Phase 1: Value Creation Audit
The first phase of the EDVC Accelerator is about building a strategic foundation for making transformational decisions about how to move from being ‚one of many‘ to being ‚the one‘ for your customers. We will analyse the strengths and opportunities of your organisation’s value creation strategy in the following areas:

- Relevance Audit:
Assess your organisation’s overall market relevance by analysing your current positioning, value proposition portfolio and competitive landscape. - Design Review:
Analyse the strengths and weaknesses of how your solutions (products, services, touchpoints) are executed. - Brand Audit:
Analyse the effectiveness of your organisation’s external image and internal value system. - Experience Audit:
Asses all four key dimensions of your customer’s journey—from the moment they recognize a need, to their first encounter with your brand, through to becoming a customer and using your solution—to uncover challenges, frustrations and value creation opportunities.

Phase 2: Experience Driven Value Creation
In this phase, we turn insights into action by developing concrete strategies and approaches for delivering new, relevant customer value across your organisation’s entire experience ecosystem. We focus on strengthening your brand , refining The Right How for your solutions and discovering innovation potential.

We lay the foundation for a strong, differentiated brand by establishing a Minimum Viable Corporate Identity to guide internal processes and external communications, defining your most valuable target audience, and defining your brand’s key assets and guiding principles. - Design Strategy Development:
Develop strategic execution guidelines based on „The Four Pillars of The Right How“ to guide all implementation issues for new products, services and touchpoints. - Experience Optimisation:
Optimise customer pathways and redesign existing touchpoints. - Ideal Experience Visioning:
Envision the ultimate customer experience for target setting and benchmarking across all four key dimensions of the customer journey. - Innovation Discovery:
Identify untapped opportunities to create meaningful customer value and competitive advantage through new value propositions (products, services and touchpoints)
