WEEK 1

stand: build your differentiation filter

We define who you are in a market full of alternatives — defining the building blocks of your EDVC strategy.

WEEK 2

Scan: Observe Reality

We map your entire customer journey and examine what customers are actually experiencing today. Moving through every phase — from first discovery to loyal recommendation — we identify every suboptimal experience and your most valuable differentiation opportunities.

WEEK 3

Shape: Define Ideal Experiences

For your highest-priority moments, we describe precisely what an ideal experience would feel like for your customer — different from competitors, unmistakably yours, and exceeding what they expected.

WEEK 4

Shift: Align Target And Reality

For each ideal experience definition, we determine what to keep, adjust, or remove across the moment’s specific value drivers to actually create it. This week ends with concrete design concepts and a implementation roadmap.

WEEKS 5-8

Review + Refinement

Weekly remote sessions to review implementation progress, refine decisions as they meet reality, and ensure the work of the four active weeks continues to move forward.

Who is the EDVC Accelerator for?

What are the deliverables?

By the end of the programme, you will know exactly where your business blends in with the competition and where it doesn’t have to. You will have a clear strategic direction for how to stand out, a concrete picture of what that looks like in practice across your most important customer moments, and a roadmap that tells you what to change first and why. Every output is built collaboratively — you understand each one because you helped create it, which means it’s immediately usable rather than sitting in a drawer.

What is the investment?

The base price for the EDVC Accelerator is 9.999 €.
Travel expenses for on-site days are billed separately at cost. Previous participants in an EDVC Intervention can apply the full Intervention investment as credit.

Where does it take place?

We can conduct the Accelerator on-site at your company, off-site at our location in Nagold (Germany), or at a venue you rent.
Remote sessions aren’t always practical or feasible — please feel free to contact us to discuss this.

Who should participate?

The program works best with a core team of three to six people — typically the CEO or managing director alongside those responsible for marketing, product, customer experience, or sales. The right mix depends on your business; we discuss this during the application process.

How much time does it require?

Each week includes roughly one to two on-site days of focused collaboration. Participants should expect meaningful engagement, not passive observation — progress and learning happens by doing.
