In 2018, after 6 years as a product designer, working for leading agencies and companies of all sizes, designing successful – sometimes award-winning – products, I realized two things:

  1. The most influential brands of our time understand design and use designers very differently than most „normal“ companies do, which is one of the main reasons for their different levels of success.
  2. The companies the world needs most, are paradoxically those who often struggle to succeed – small heroic companies that actually care about our world.

The idea behind Baselift was born: to help small and young businesses succeed by providing the same value creation methodologies that leading brands use to create superior products and outstanding customer experiences.
