No. With your subscription, you have the freedom to queue up as many design requests and strategy gigs as you like. However, they will be fulfilled one at a time.

The turnaround time will depend on the complexity of your request. Most requests are processed within 2 to 5 days.

However, it is important that a design requests are phrased correctly. For example, „Can you develop a design for a ten-piece product range?“ is not just one design request, but ten. As long as large projects are broken down into reasonable work packages, we can ensure swift delivery.

While this situation can arise, rest assured it’s not an issue. Our subscribers benefit from unlimited revisions until they are fully content with the outcome.

We understand that your design needs may not always fill an entire month. Whether you have just a few design requests or don’t need constant design work, our subscription offers a convenient solution – the ability to pause.

Our billing cycles operate on a 31-day basis. Consider this scenario: you sign up, actively use the service for 7 days and then decide to pause your subscription. In this case, the billing cycle will also pause, leaving you with 24 days of service to use within the next six months.

You can pause your subscription twice during its current running period.
