The benefits of being ideal customer centric

Are you juggling a thousand plates to entertain the crowd, or a single sword to champion a worthy cause? Serving all, some or one? It’s obvious (actually) yet most companies still miss it. They try to be an option for many, while they should build solutions for one.

You can’t be valuable for everybody

In the attempt to be of value to as many people as possible, they mostly serve themselves, not the people whom they serve.

The truth: Trying to be everything to everyone makes you nothing to anyone. ‍Creating a solution that genuinely delights requires focus. Besides, it is usually more pleasant to be the knight in shining armour for some than a court jester with a thousand tricks for a thousand people.

Remember, it’s not about you. It’s not about many. It’s about One.
Being the One for right One.
