Creative sparrings are for creatives and decision-makers who need quick support with sudden problems and honest and inspiring feedback on their ideas and approaches. In a virtual 45-minute session (which can also be arranged at very short notice), I take on the role of your critical friend and help you:
- identify and reduce risks or undesirable side effects in your project
- uncover not yet recognized weaknesses and opportunities of your idea
- gain clarity about what you already know but cannot clarify
- to break through creative blockades
to topics like:

- Book a free appointment using our calendar.
- After your booking, we will review your inquiry and send you an email about how to proceed and how to pay (you pay only after we make sure I can help you).
- After we have received your payment, we will send you a booking confirmation, an invoice and a link to participate in the video call.

Conducting a Discovery Workshop is useful if:

but don’t know where to start.

The Discovery Workshop is a systematic yet exciting opportunity to explore your organization’s current value creation capabilities. It creates clarity about your company’s market relevance and helps identify areas for potential growth. The main goal is to learn about the gap between the value you offer and how it’s perceived by your target audience. In essence, it’s about understanding what it takes to reach your (ideal) customers.
The key here is to look at your business from the perspectives of customers, employees, investors and those who will become them. We examine WHAT your company does (the products and services it offers), HOW it does it (the way your offerings are executed) and WHY it does what it does (the overarching reason for existence).
Thereby we will answer key questions,such as:
- What are the strengths and weaknesses of your product strategy
(how relevant are your current products, services and experiences and those still in development)? - How effective is the way you execute your solutions
(and how could it be improved)? - How much brand power do you have

The value creation strategies of most companies fail to fully exploit their potential. There are usually two reasons for this:
- Their value creation strategies do not leverage all three sources of value creation (innovation, design, brand).
- If they do, they often fail to combine the value created from these three sources into a holistic, value-adding experience.
As a result, they often fail to stand out from the crowed, position their value above the market average and reach their ideal customers. In other words: They miss out on a lot of money.
Our VCC service helps you avoid this and optimize your value creation strategy by providing you with three things:

The Procedure:
1. You contact me by phone (+49 170 77 098 75) or fill out the VCC contact form. We will make an appointment to briefly talk about your situation and clarify whether or not this service is an option for you. Assuming you want to continue…
2. Via email you will receive an acceptance agreement (which you will need to sign and return), a list of materials and information to be obtained, and a disclosure agreement, which I have already signed to ensure your company’s privacy. Once you have officially accepted the project, you will receive an invoice for the upfront payment as initially agreed (see Payment Terms below). Once payment has been received, you will send us a list of all employees with details of their role in the company, as well as their experience and skills, so that we can get an idea of the skills available and those that may be needed. After that you will have some time to gather the requested information and prepare for our first meeting.
3. In the form of group workshops, interviews and joint research work, you, your team and I will meet several times over a period of 2-3 weeks to develop the strategies you need to create superior products and outstanding customer experiences. In total, we will go through three steps in the process, each designed to optimize one esential component of your value creation strategy. The steps are:

4. After finishing the process, I will support you in the implementation of the developed strategies. For this reason, the VCC service also includes 5 creative sparrings that can be used during our collaboration and up to three months afterwards to answer questions and get support related to the project.
